| The standard for Symmetry products
is 100% Quality Assurance testing. All assemblies are fully
certified for mechanical and electrical
performance. Certification is provided with every production lot. Our
quality control is UL & CSA
approved and is performed to Mil-I-45208
specifications. Our Quality Assurance department utilizes a number of automated multi-point cable harness test stations, with hundreds of test fixtures . This test equipment automatically verifies up to 768 connections, allowing us to verify the quality of any assembly from simple ribbon cables to complex wiring harnesses. Symmetry Electronics can also utilize our multi-point Hi-Pot tester to certify your cable assemblies if required. This unit will simultaneously test as many as 128 points at voltages up to 1000 volts. |
